In 2010, Delaney Clements was diagnosed with Stage 4 neuroblastoma, a rare form of childhood cancer, at the age of 7. On March 21, 2016 Delaney was freed from her battle with Neuroblastoma. Her life and her story are an inspiration to many and Delaney Donates hopes to maintain a legacy of giving started by Delaney herself.
